2. Use
To describe the ultimate situation where inmates in eg. prisons are under full control, Foucault uses an old device designed by Jeremy Bentham: The Panopticon. In short this setup consists of a tower placed in the centre surrounded by a circular building where inmates are imprisoned alone in a single cell. This setup is designed in such a way that the inmates can never know whether or not they are being watched, which means they constantly feel they are being observed at all times (p. 200).

The in-text citation is not performed correctly. Even though it is clear that it is Foucault who is the author of the original passage, the page number in the parenthesis is not the correct way to state the source. The in-text citation should contain the original author's name and the publication year. The reference to the book in the corresponding bibliography should contain: 1) the author of the book, 2) the publication year, 3) the title of the book, 4) the city of the publisher and 5) the publishers name.
